Service and access
CyberFlow helps manufacturing companies manage operations, customer order visibility and optional export sales workflows. By using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where authorized, your company. Cyber Design grants access through direct onboarding; there is no public signup. A separate written commercial agreement governs your company's purchased services, fees and support commitments and takes precedence if it conflicts with these general terms.
Accounts and company responsibilities
Use only an account and company workspace you are authorized to access. Keep credentials confidential, maintain accurate information and notify your administrator or Cyber Design about suspected misuse. Company administrators are responsible for invitations, roles, customer access and the information they choose to share. Do not try to bypass permissions or access another company's data.
Your business data and documents
You retain your rights in the information and documents you provide. You authorize Cyber Design and the necessary service providers to process that information to operate the requested features, as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have authority to upload, use and share it. Review customer-facing information, documents, invoices and production updates before relying on them or sharing them with others.
Optional integrations and provider charges
Gmail, Google Workspace, SMTP, Gemini and Apify connections are optional and subject to their providers' terms, availability, quotas and charges. Connect only accounts you control or are authorized to use. CyberFlow service fees are separate from provider usage charges. A research run limit is not a guarantee of the combined bill across providers. Check provider billing directly and disconnect accounts you no longer want to use.
Email, research and AI output
You are responsible for the lawfulness of buyer research and outreach, including applicable consent, privacy, marketing and opt-out requirements. Publicly available contact details do not establish permission to send marketing messages. Respect do-not-contact requests; do not use CyberFlow for spam, deception, phishing or unlawful collection of personal information.
Review recipients, message content and attachments before approving email. Approved messages may be dispatched by a background worker after platform checks, without another click. A connected mailbox does not by itself approve messages. Provider acceptance does not guarantee delivery to an inbox or a recipient response.
AI-generated matches, drafts and extracted document fields may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify them before use. Buyer research does not guarantee that a contact is verified, interested, creditworthy or likely to place an order.
Acceptable use and platform rights
Do not upload malicious files, disrupt the service, bypass security or sending limits, misuse another person's credentials, infringe others' rights or use the platform unlawfully. Cyber Design retains its rights in the CyberFlow software and branding. Access permits your authorized business use under your company agreement; it does not transfer ownership of the software.
Availability and ending access
Availability can be affected by maintenance, network problems and third-party services. No uptime, delivery or commercial outcome is promised by these general terms; any specific service commitments are set out in your company's agreement.
Access may be restricted or suspended for security incidents, misuse, loss of authorization or as provided in your company agreement. Contact Cyber Design to arrange ending service or request an authorized data export or deletion. Mailbox disconnection revokes future access but does not automatically delete stored business records; retention is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
Updates to these terms are published here with a revised date. Material service or commercial changes will be addressed through the company relationship and applicable agreement.
